Two Rivers Brass Quintet to Open BC Rivers Day Festival

The Two Rivers Brass Quintet, all members of the PGSO, will be representing the PGSO at the Prince George BC Rivers Day Music Festival Sunday September 26, 2010 at Fort George Park. They will be starting a fun filled day of music that includes an appearance by Daniel Lapp. The group will take the stage at noon with a 50 minute exploration of water related musical themes and other music for the ever popular Brass Quintet.
The BC Rivers Day Music Festival is a free community event that celebrates our rivers through watershed stewardship, environmental education and community involvement. The Brass Quintet is also available for other musical events in and around Prince George. For more information or to book the group, please contact the PGSO office. All requests will be forwarded on to the quintet.
