How do I purchase individual tickets?
We welcome you to come in person or call the PGSO office at 250.562.0800, Tuesday through Friday from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm. We will have a selection of seats available for sale. Tickets may also be purchased at Studio 2880 weekdays and up to 4:00 pm on Saturday afternoon.
What time do the doors open to the venue?
The doors to the venue will open one hour prior to the start of the performance. The doors to the auditorium will open approximately one-half hour before the start of the performance.
Can I purchase a ticket at the door on the night of the concert?
All unsold tickets will be available for sale on the night of the concert. We will do our best to accommodate your seating requests, however we encourage you to allow plenty of time to purchase your ticket.
If I have arranged to pick up my tickets at the door, where will they be?
Please look for a sign on a table indicating Will Call Ticket Pick Up. For efficiency, this will typically be separate from the Ticket Sales table.
How can I redeem my Flex Pass voucher?
You can phone the PGSO office and we will work with you to find the best available seat. We will arrange to have your ticket waiting at the Will Call Ticket Pick Up table on the night of the concert, however you must present your Voucher to claim your ticket. You may also come into the PGSO office and bring in your voucher to select your ticket. Please note, however, that a Flex Pass voucher cannot be redeemed at the box office at Studio 2880.
